But I have a share….. Last night I went to the movies (at the Orleans Hotel and casino) with friends. I parked .3miles away. I ran from my car thru the parking, thru the hotel/casino, up the flight of stairs to the theatre. I did it the way back as well.
I ran by certain spots that in the past I had had stop and sit for ten minutes many times bv i was in pain/having difficulty breathing (bc in the past I was 300+lbs). As
I ran I passed by people movers and escalators that I use to take bc I had to but now no longer do.
I sat for 2.5hours with only a bottle of water. The smell/sights of food was around me. I had no interest in the food (bc I wasn’t hungry and didn’t need to eat just bc it was available). I didn’t panic about when or where my next meal would come.
In was a good feeling
