Before I started working with Turo my limitations were in my knowledge, and probably in my head, as I thought that only with a restrictive behaviour I could reach my goals, and that was only a little productive and bringing temporary results. Now after working 7 months with Turo I have got new knowledge and guidance on a different path I wasn’t aware of. I now master the main info myself so that I could translate them in my everyday life making it sustainable with long term results. Initially I wanted to get a more toned body and lose some fat. But I have got a lot more than “just” getting toned and losing fat. I have been able to get stronger, build some muscle and lost some fat, which has led to a more toned body. I have been able to reach all those goals and maintain my result while I have almost doubled up my calories. Before I started working with Turo I was not being consistent or disciplined with my healthy eating, I was having an unhealthy relationship with food and I didn´t follow a proper program for my workouts. Now after 3 months I am able to develop my own program for working out and I see how important it is to progress.
